Terms & Conditions cuci21 – Terms of Use for Malaysia's Betting Platform

This Terms & Conditions document is a legally binding agreement between you ("Member" or "User") and cuci21 ("Platform", "We", "cuci21") governing the use of the website, mobile application, and all services provided by cuci21. These Terms take effect from the date you first use the platform or register as a cuci21 member, whichever comes first.

This Malay language version is the official version applicable to all cuci21 members in Malaysia. In the event of any conflict between another language translation and this Malay version, the Malay version shall prevail.

01Membership Eligibility & Registration Process

1.1 Basic Eligibility Requirements

To register and use the cuci21 platform, you must meet all of the following eligibility requirements at all times:

• At least 18 years old at the time of registration and throughout the period of account use.
• A Malaysian citizen or permanent resident physically present within Malaysia at the time of using the platform.
• Be legally capable of entering into a binding agreement and not considered legally incompetent.
• Has never previously been banned or restricted by cuci21 for any reason.
• Does not have, or is not at risk of developing, a serious gambling problem. If you feel that gambling is affecting your life, please refer to the Responsible Gaming section.

1.2 Account Registration Process

When registering a cuci21 account, you are required to provide truthful, accurate, and complete information. cuci21 reserves the right to request identity verification (KYC – Know Your Customer) at any time, including:

• Proof of current residential address (bank statement or utility bill).

1.3 Account Information

You are fully responsible for ensuring that your cuci21 account information is always up to date and accurate. The name registered on your cuci21 account must match the name on the payment method you use for deposits and withdrawals. Registration using another person's name is strictly prohibited.

02Deposits, Withdrawals & Financial Transactions

2.1 Accepted Deposit Methods

Cuci21 supports the following deposit methods for Malaysia members:

Withdrawals from your cuci21 account are subject to the following conditions:

• The minimum withdrawal amount is RM 30 per transaction.
• Withdrawals must be made to the same payment method used for the deposit, for fraud prevention and anti-money laundering purposes.
• The withdrawal recipient's name must exactly match the name registered on the cuci21 account.
• Cuci21 reserves the right to request additional verification before processing large withdrawals or transactions in suspicious circumstances.
• Deposited funds with no associated betting activity are not eligible for immediate withdrawal and may be subject to an administrative fee.

2.3 Currency

All transactions on the cuci21 platform are conducted exclusively in Malaysian Ringgit (RM / MYR). cuci21 does not accept or process payments in any foreign currency. Any deposit attempt made in a currency other than RM will be automatically declined.

03Bonus & Promotion Terms

3.1 General Bonus Terms

All bonuses, promotions, and special offers provided by cuci21 are subject to the specific terms stated alongside each respective promotion. The following general terms apply to all cuci21 bonuses:

• Each bonus may only be claimed once unless otherwise stated.
• Bonuses are for the personal use of the member only and may not be transferred to any other party.
• Cuci21 reserves the right to cancel or modify the terms of any promotion at any time without prior notice.
• Using multiple accounts to claim the same bonus is strictly prohibited and constitutes a serious violation.

3.2 Rollover Requirements (Turnover)

Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn directly. The specified rollover requirement must be met before a withdrawal is permitted. Example rollover calculation:

• If you receive a RM 50 bonus with a 10x rollover requirement, you must place a total of RM 500 in bets before the balance derived from that bonus can be withdrawn.
• Wagers on certain games may not count, or may only partially count, towards rollover requirements – please refer to the respective bonus terms and conditions.
• Rollover requirements must generally be fulfilled within the specified time frame; expired bonuses will be cancelled automatically.

Cuci21 sets minimum and maximum betting limits across all game types and wagers. These limits may vary depending on the game type, table, account status, and any ongoing promotions. cuci21 reserves the right to adjust betting limits at any time.

4.3 Game Results

For online casino games including slots, baccarat, roulette, and other RNG-based games on cuci21, all outcomes are generated by a Random Number Generator (RNG) system independently verified by internationally recognised certification bodies. These outcomes are final.

4.4 Technical Errors

In the event of a technical error, internet disruption, server issue, or any other technical failure affecting a match or game session, cuci21 reserves the right to void the affected bets and refund the wagered amount to the member's account with no additional payment. cuci21 shall not be held liable for any losses claimed to have resulted from technical disruptions.

05Account Security & Member Responsibilities

5.1 Password & Account Access

You are solely responsible for keeping your cuci21 account password and login credentials confidential. cuci21 recommends that you:

• Use a strong, unique password (at least 8 characters, combining uppercase letters, lowercase letters, numbers, and symbols).
• Never share your login credentials with anyone, including family members or friends.
• Enable two-factor authentication (2FA) where available.
• Log out of your account after each session, especially when using a shared device.
• Notify cuci21 immediately if you suspect that your account has been accessed without authorisation.

5.2 Responsibility for Account Activity

You are fully responsible for all activity that occurs in your cuci21 account, including bets placed, deposits made, and withdrawals requested. cuci21 is not liable for any losses arising from your account being accessed by another party due to your own negligence in safeguarding your login credentials.

06Responsible Gaming

Cuci21 is committed to responsible gambling practices. We believe gambling should be a safe and enjoyable form of entertainment — not a source of financial stress or personal hardship. To that end, cuci21 provides a range of self-protection tools to help members manage their playing habits:

7.2 Grounds for Account Suspension or Closure

Cuci21 reserves the right to suspend or close any member's account, with or without prior notice, if there is reasonable grounds to believe that the member has:

• Violating any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
• Registering multiple accounts to claim bonuses fraudulently.
• Providing false or misleading information during registration or the KYC process.
• Engaged in fraud, money laundering, or any other illegal activity.
• Using unauthorised software or methods to gain an unfair advantage.
• Taking any action that compromises the integrity or reputation of cuci21.

08Amendments to Terms & Conditions

Cuci21 reserves the right to amend, modify, or update any part of these Terms & Conditions at any time at cuci21's sole discretion. Amendments take effect immediately upon being published on the cuci21 platform unless otherwise stated.

Cuci21 will endeavour to provide reasonable notice to members via their registered email or in-platform notifications before major changes take effect. However, it remains your responsibility to review these Terms & Conditions periodically.

09Applicable Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws applicable in the jurisdiction where cuci21 is licensed. Any dispute arising in connection with these Terms or the use of the cuci21 platform shall first be referred to cuci21-level negotiation. If the dispute cannot be resolved internally, it may be referred to a recognised arbitration body.

Users from Malaysia acknowledge and agree that use of the cuci21 platform is subject to the laws and regulations in force in Malaysia. Members are responsible for ensuring that their use of cuci21 services is lawful under their local legislation.
